Return Policy

At One of a Kind Jewelry, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every piece we offer. Our return policy reflects our commitment to providing an elevated yet flexible experience, whether you are renting or purchasing.

Purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item using our pre-paid shipping label within 30 calendar days of delivery for exchange or upgrade.

After 30 days, the piece is no longer eligible for exchange, however, you may still choose to upgrade the piece. In this case, no restocking fee will apply, only the cost of the upgrade. To explore upgrade options, please email sales@oneofakindgroup.com.

All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by the original packaging, certificate(s), and any other materials included at the time of delivery.

Rentals

All rental items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all accompanying materials. Items returned late, damaged, or incomplete may be subject to additional fees.

Rental pieces must be returned by the final day of your rental period. The return package must be scanned by the shipping carrier on or before the final rental date to avoid late fees.

We offer a same-day return option on rentals for added flexibility. To qualify, the piece must remain unworn, be returned in its original packaging, and be dropped off with the designated shipping carrier on the same day it was delivered. If these conditions are met, you will not be charged the rental fee, only the return shipping cost.

Custom Orders

Custom orders can be returned within 45 days of delivery for exchange, store credit, or upgrade. All custom pieces must be returned in original condition and include all original packaging and materials. To request an upgrade quote, please contact sales@oneofakindgroup.com.

Returns with Signs of Wear or Damage

All returned items, whether purchased or rented, are subject to a thorough inspection upon receipt. If an item is returned with damage, missing elements, or signs of excessive wear, you will receive a Condition Report outlining our findings.

In such cases, a standard restocking fee will apply, and you will be charged for the cost of any repairs or restoration required to return the piece to its original condition.

How to Start a Return or Upgrade

To request a return, exchange, or upgrade, please email sales@oneofakindgroup.com with your order number and the reason for your return request. If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
